Summer has finally arrived and the first long weekend, honouring our awesome country, is just around the corner. We’ve created a delicious Canada Day menu to make sure you spend more time relaxing (outside/by the pool/on the dock) and less time in the kitchen.

Sweet and sticky ribs*, housemade BBQ sauce, ½ rack per
Cracked chili and garlic seafood kebabs*, lime aioli (2 shrimp, 1 scallop) 1 per
Red Bliss potato salad, Dijon mayo, pickles, peppers, parsley, hard-boiled egg
Pesto-grilled asparagus, red onion, sweet potato, peppers and zucchini
Sweet and bitter summer greens, shaved radish, spring onion, feta, sunflower seeds, citrus vinaigrette
Jalapeno corn bread, butter
