We are pleased to share with you the foods we created for an editorial feature in the spring/summer 2014 issue of WedLuxe magazine. The seaside-inspired feature was shot on location at Paletta Lakefront Park and Mansion in Burlington, ON by our friend, Krista Fox, and we catered the menu, which included:
- Seared Scallops with Black Olive Smear and Sea Asparagus
- Queen Crab Claws with Citrus Aioli
- Buckwheat Crackers with Creme Fraiche and Osetra Caviar
- Marinated Shaved Octopus with Shallot, Lemon, and Parsley
