We love Thanksgiving weekend. It’s a low-pressure, family-centered holiday and generally there remains a tiny hint of summer in the air meaning lots of opportunity to get outside. And what better way to give thanks to those around us than by getting together to celebrate togetherness and enjoy the bounty of local foods available.

Butter-basted roasted whole turkey (minimum of 12 people), savoury & rosemary rub, Cointreau-scented cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy

Butter-basted roasted turkey breasts and thigh rolls savoury & rosemary rub, Cointreau-scented cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy
Breast: 6 lb average, 10-12 portions – $99 per
Thigh rolls (boneless): 1.5 lb average, 3-4 portions – $25 per

Carved slow-roasted old fashioned ham, Ontario cider glaze, fall fruit chutney
$160 for a half a ham (feeds 15 ppl), $225 per ham (feeds 30 ppl)

Garlic rubbed AAA Prime Rib Roast*, thyme-infused horseradish, rich gravy
$195 for half (feeds 10 ppl), $350 for whole (feeds 20 ppl)

Honey-roasted root vegetables, picked herbs
Broccoli and cauliflower au gratin
Buttered green beans, sautéed shallots, toasted almonds
Roasted Brussels sprouts, pancetta, shallots and orange peel
Spinach and radicchio salad with oranges, shaved fennel and citrus dressing
Classic Caesar: hearts of romaine, shaved parmesan, herbed croutons and roasted garlic dressing
Fall greens, poached pears, goat cheese, toasted pecans, champagne vinaigrette
