We are pleased to share with you the foods we created for an editorial feature in the spring/summer 2014 issue of WedLuxe magazine. The seaside-inspired feature was shot on location at Paletta Lakefront Park and Mansion in Burlington, ON by our friend, Krista Fox, and we catered the menu, which included:
Seared Scallops with Black Olive Smear and Sea Asparagus
Queen Crab Claws with Citrus Aioli
Buckwheat Crackers with Creme Fraiche and Osetra Caviar
Marinated Shaved Octopus with Shallot, Lemon, and Parsley
