Please choose one of the following proteins:

Slow-roasted old fashioned ham, Cider glaze, Ontario fruit chutney
$90 (quarter ham – serves 8 ppl, $160 (half ham – serves up to 16 ppl)

Beet-marinated salmon, shallots, dill and citrus creme fraiche
$18 per piece
Supreme of chicken stuffed with spinach, tarragon and citrus, vermouth butter
$15 per piece

Boneless honey and balsamic glazed leg of lamb stuffed with pine nut, shallot, rosemary and citrus 
$170 per leg (serves 8 – 10 ppl)

Potato cannelloni, Jerusalem artichoke and butternut squash filling, carrot fennel jus (vegan, GF)
$11 each 


 Please choose any sides from the following options:

Buttermilk biscuits (2  per person)
Roasted fingerlings, spring herbs, sea salt, butter
Dauphinoise potatoes: layers of yukon potatoes slow roasted with a rosemary cream, topped with gruyere cheese
Tri coloured heirloom carrots,  thyme and honey
Grilled asparagus, pancetta vinaigrette, toasted hazelnuts
Spring pea saute (snow, sweet and sugar snap), butter, leeks and fine herbs
Buttered green beans, sautéed shallots, toasted almonds
Sweet and bitter green salad, shaved valentine radish, spring onion, roasted golden beets, creamy dill dressing
