Place in medium saucepan:
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
pinch salt
1/3 cup boiling water
Stir until a paste is formed. Turn heat on to medium and add:
3 cups milk
Heat until not quite boiling. Remove from heat and add:
1 cup coffee cream
3/4 Tsp vanilla?
Serve in mugs with any or all of the following: marshmallows, peppermint, chocolate shavings, cinnamon sticks, sprinkles, shot of Bailey’s(?) and enjoy!
